An Indian in Exile

A collection of authentic South Indian / Malay family recipes handed down from mother to daughter and developed over 50 years of daily use by Mrs. Kunjamma Mathew with and for her family.

We would like to thank all the relatives of Mrs. Mathew who so selflessly gave of their time and risked everything to test these recipes !

The book is a limited edition illustrated volume produced with the aid of the entire flock of Mathews grandchildren. This first edition was produced privately by ourselves as a tribute and a thank you to Mrs. Mathew, to aid our efforts to achieve recognition for her recipes and to help us to secure further publication. At the moment, we have a small number of books available for sale at £12.50 each in the UK, £15.00 overseas or, from Malaysia at RM 75; all prices to include postage and packing etc. and available either via this site or as below. [We will update the details once things progress - hopefully, later this month] As a small family business we are only able to accept UK cheques or credit card payments made via .

We must therefore ask that you make all payments in sterling either by cheque drawn on a UK bank or if that is not possible via PayPal. If you do not have an account with PayPal, please contact us and we can organise payment to suit. The book is also available through Amazon.co.uk who will accept credit card payments. If you would like to receive a copy of the book then please e mail Mary Kennedy and we will respond with details or, simply click on the appropriate link below which will take you to the PayPal site where you can purchase the book and arrange payment via their secure servers.
